Seven Keystone Brands Earn Quality Award
“The Recreational Vehicle Dealer Association (RVDA) has recognized Keystone RV with seven Quality Circle Awards.
The DSI Quality Circle Award recognizes the high level of success Keystone has earned in working with their dealer business partners, according to RVDA Chairman of the Board Darrel Friesen of All Seasons RV Center in Yuba City, CA. “Their commitment to continuously improving products and services ultimately helps dealers serve customers better and preserves our industry’s share of consumers’ discretionary dollars.”
Says Keystone RV Company CEO Matt Zimmerman, “RVDA raised the bar this year by making the requirements to earn an Award even more stringent. This is a good thing since it pushes manufacturers to continue to improve. We at Keystone are focused on creating a winning customer experience and are honored to have been selected by our dealer partners for these Awards.”
Among the Keystone brands recognized are Fuzion, Impact, Montana, Montana High Country, Springdale, Summerland, and Residence. Notes Zimmerman, “The Keystone Springdale, Summerland, and Residence are the only wood-framed, aluminum exterior brands to have earned the DSI Award this year. We think this speaks volumes about our commitment to our dealers and retail customers.”
When rating their manufacturers, RVDA asks dealers to express their level of satisfaction on four core issues: Reliability/Quality; Parts; Warranty; Sales
The 23rd Annual DSI survey was conducted between August and October 2016. Four hundred and eighty-one (481) dealers responded to the survey this year and provided 2,755 brand ratings.”
